Makaton

Here at Hollybush we want every child to feel part of our community. Developing speech and language and communication is very important to us we want every child to have a voice.  All our staff have been learning Makaton and are now all trained to level 1. Our aim is for all the children to learn and be able to communicate in Makaton, starting with 24 core signs that will be taught to the whole school.
