Draw me a star
This week, our story has been, ‘Draw me a star’ by Eric Carle. We drew our own pictures like the artist in the story. Then, we told Mrs McAllister our stories and she wrote them down for us. We even wrote some of the sounds ourselves! At the end of the morning session, we acted our stories out with our friends. We’ve also talked about stars and the solar system.
Our number of the week is 1. In forest school we hunted down 1… We found 1 leaf, 1 stick etc.
