Explore Term (Geography & Science)

This term is 'Explore' term. Our first learning journey question is 'Would you rather live in North or South America?'  & 'Why are some animals leaving their homes across the Americas?' & 'Is the Amazon turning into New York City?'

The children will be learning about some of the different countries and cultures in these areas. We will also explore our own school grounds and local grounds to explore tree diversity. This will link in with our forest school lessons where we will be learning to identify, classify and survey trees. 

We want our children at Hollybush to learn to be conscious of their environment and know how to protect the world around them.
