Reporting Absence

If your child is absent, please inform the school by reporting it before 8.30am on Arbor or by calling the office on 01992 581454 and selecting option 1 where you can leave an answerphone message.

Please always give your child's reason for absence.

If leaving an answerphone message, state your child's name and class also.

You must call every day that your child is unwell.

The office will send a reminder text if we have not had a reason for your child's absence by 9.30am.

If we have still not been informed by 11am then we will send staff or the police to your house for a welfare visit.
