Hollybush Out of School Club runs Monday to Friday during term time (see calendar).

The club is based in the mobile classroom situated in the KS2 playground.

Here children can play games and enjoy crafts or just chill with their friends. 

In good weather, the children can use the outdoor play equipment in the playground.

Bookings for wrap-around clubs must be made the night before you require it. (bookings must be made via Arbor)

 

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club is open to children from Nursery to Year 6 and runs from 8 am every day.

Children in Nursery MUST be toilet trained to attend.

NOTE: Breakfast is only served between 8:00 and 8:20am

Breakfast is served by an adult and consists of cereals, toast, milk or squash. 

Morning activities are aimed at encouraging a calm start to the day. Activities include reading and drawing or just chatting with friends.

All children are taken to their classrooms by the Breakfast Club adults at 8.40 am for a smooth transition into the school day.

 

After School Club

After School Club is open for children from Nursery to Year 6 until 6 pm every day.

Children in Nursery MUST be toilet trained to attend.

A typical After School session consists of:

3:10 pm               Children are taken to the ASC classroom by their teachers.

3:30 pm               A small snack and drink is served.
3:40 pm               Activity time, including outside play when weather permits.
5 pm                     A light tea is served for children who are booked in until 6 pm.
6 pm                    Club finishes

A light tea is given to children staying until 6 pm, which can be hot or cold. Types of cold teas are: wraps, sandwiches, rolls or pittas with a variety of fillings. Types of hot teas are: beans/spaghetti on toast/waffles, hot dogs in rolls, pasta or crumpets, all are served with fruit and/or salad.

PLEASE NOTE: A booking MUST be made prior to arrival at the club.

If a booking is not made prior to the commencement of a club, your child/children may be turned away. 

This is due to fire safety regulations and adult to child ratio restrictions. 

Charges

BREAKFAST CLUB

£4.50  8am - 8.45am

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB 

 £ 6.50 until 4pm

£10.50 until 5pm

£14.50 until 6pm

 

Late Charges

If the lateness is 15 minutes or more before 6 pm, an additional charge for the next session will be applied.

If lateness is after 6 pm, a charge of £10 will be applied if collection is between 6pm and 6.10pm (regardless of whether it is for the full 10 minutes). This charge will then increase by £1 for every minute thereafter.

Payment must be made when booking via Arbor, unless you wish to pay with either tax-free childcare or childcare vouchers (please contact the office if you wish to pay this way).

Please ensure that all debts are settled before the end of each half-term.

The school reserves the right to stop further bookings for the following half-term if payments are not made.
